So0o0o0 its been a long time since I last blogged!! This is suppose to be a daily blog but I have been very very very busy for the last couple of months and probably will be until the end of May, so maybe from May until Nov I might go back to daily blogs but for now they will be monthly ... hope yall don't mind :)
What happened in the last few weeks of feb?
Well there of course was Valentines day, I'm a hopeless romantic and every year hope to be spoilt with fairy lights and falling rose petals, or candle light picnics full of good food and wine.. but this year was not so. I had to work and my partner was busy baby sitting my little brother.. haha so maybe next year? hmm maybe if Rob reads this?
Other then that not to much else happened my little brother lived with us for 3 weeks whilst my mother overseas and I started working nights.
Oh and I also started Body for Life its a 12 weeks high intensity work out program we you record all your food combined with 3 personal training sessions a week full of heavy weights for arms and legs and then 3 other sessions a week of cardio.
This would bring me to the reason that I do not have much time at the moment...every morning I get up and go to the gym, then go to work then head back to the gym.
So my only day off is Sunday, so not only do I not have time to write about anything, I don't actually have anything to write about!.
now.. don't get the wrong idea about me, I'm not trying to turn into a body builder or act tuff! I'm just trying to get fit enough to run a marathon at some stage and shed all these silly kilos I have gained over the last couple of years..
Anywhoo if you remember I was going vegan for the month of Feb, I did last right till the very end and it was awesome, however the day after it was good to go back to being able to have some more protein in my diet like yoghurt... but thats heading into the month of march.. so we will talk about that in my next blog :)
