Monday, not a whole lot to report, tattoo is healing nicely.
Looking forward to a big week ahead, well actually a big day ahead on Wednesday this week I will be travelling back to Melbourne to run 4ks around the Melbourne Zoo then head off to see Die Antwoord a south African rap group, at the prince band room in St Kilda.
It should be very interesting check them out on you tube if you haven't already done so, there extremely...different.
Hopefully my run goes good, but I have not been able to get back to the gym to do some more training with this new tattoo so hopefully I can make it the whole way and make it in good time :)
